“The tray was well made and looks lovely really pleased with it.My reason for a 4 star was it arrived in a half battered box my guessing it wasn't packaged like that.The tray was protected so no damage.Would I buy from this site again absolutely I would yes Thankyou š¤šš”
“The products that arrived in one piece were lovely. Two large glass jars with bamboo lids and some pizza boards and cutters
The three smashed jars that also arrived weren't great, but these things do happen.
However after contacting them they did offer me replacements items without having to return the damaged goods which was very helpful.”

“I love the jars I bought. I by mistake selected some that were too big so I returned them. My only small gripe which is why I scored 4 instead of 5 was I did struggle to see the returns process on the web site. Basically you just post them back, I included my delivery slip. Once I returned them my refund was processed promptly and I am about to buy some more of the smaller ones.”

“Nice selection of bits and fairly reasonably priced although it all adds up quickly when you're buying a lot! I also want to say that the item I did want to review is not available to review. The acacia honey pot is poorly designed there's a good inch that the drizzler doesn't reach so it's a huge waste. The drizzler also doesn't stop honey dripping (apparently that's what they're meant to do) so it's not effective at all the hard and your work surface etc just end up covered in honey so it was a waste of money and 2 big bottles of honey!”
“Love the storage jars I ordered, really smartened up my herbs and spices. Water jugs are lovely too. Only downside was the box used to pack the items wasn't very strong, it had split and one of the boxes was hanging out. Fortunately nothing was missing or broken”
“The item arrived safely and as described. The postage was quite expensive for such a light and small item, but I guess it was fragile, so perhaps worth it. The cardboard box it was packed in was very thin and arrived torn along one corner. Luckily, it was wrapped well inside and remained unharmed.”
