“I orded a 60th birthday present which was a vase which came was lovely but we paid next day delivery at £5.95 it came Three Days Later I did ask for this to be refunded but had no reply so that was a bit disappointing but other than that the product was good quality.we liked it so much we ordered same vase with 6 tumbler glasses orders over £30 was free delivery but still got charged delivery so if anyone from Eden & WILLOW actually bother to read any of the emails please refund my money for the delivery thank you”
