“Ordered 2 glass jars with bamboo lids. The courier left the package outside my front door rather than ring the bell for obvious reasons. As soon as I picked up the box I could hear the rattling glass inside - both turned up smashed to bits! When I opened the box I could see that the packaging was insufficient to protect items described as fragile and that was to travel on the inside of a courier's van.”

“I bought a teapot and a teapot warmer , the teapot is nice but there is a problem with the teapot warmer, there is not enough air circulation and the candle goes off when you put teapot on top of that!”
