“I’m not happy at all. I’ve spent a lot of money with this company and I’ve received damaged items or sent items without lids. Now what am I supposed to do with jars without lids. They said they would replace it and they have replaced some items of the items but the amount of times I’ve had to email them. It’s difficult as their telephone doesn’t work. How do I contact them and explain over the phone. They finish at 4pm. So each time they send the replacement item they don’t send all of them. The person who checks the items needs to check each and every item as I’m not getting all my replacement items it’s a nightmare.”
