“Yes so em just telling about the service when the guy drop a car for me he was very nice and gentle he was old but really very nice very polite and clam and I thing more when he was going back and I just asked about how u can go back he said from bus and I said if u don’t mind I’ll drop u where u want bcoz of his politeness and kindness 😊”

“Excellent service. The first car I had was not right for me , the next day I was given a different car without fuss. The office and delivery staff were all friendly and efficient. I would certainly use them again. Denise Hodgson”

“If the right hand worked with the left hand it would have been better. Further customer relation training is needed as i and her in doors thought my first discussion regarding the accident which was not my fault (as proved) was not good. Was it his first day in the job? Oh we are waiting for parts,then told our engineer has says it’s basically not worth repairing and it’s a write off. Does not give you confidence. Now concluded thanks to Tracey. No further comment”

“I found Easi drive extremely helpful from start to finish the experience was 1st class.they went beyond anything that I would have thought in the end dealing with the insurance company one call to finalise the insurance payment.”

“Probably one of the worst companies I’ve delt with. They never call you back, don’t follow up complaints and it takes forever to deal with accident claims. Not sure I could cope with that again hence I’d never use them.”
