“Customer service was good ,car was good but it all fell down after funds were transferred. Car was taken back and I was without transport and waiting for funds”

“Excellent service Curtesy car arrived at my hom address on time, Staff went over every detail , showed me how to operate the car. Excellent car Seat Ibiza . Collection of car one week later also arrived on time to pick up from home address. Can't fault the service I received..”

“Absolutely disgusting aftercare! My car came out of one of their workshops with a suspension fault, as pointed out at time of collection. Basically dismissed my request to just have my car back and just double check it’s nothing they had done. Claimed the repairs would not attribute to any fault on the suspension. After backwards & forwards for 3 weeks they dismissed my complaint as my car having a compressor fault without even checking, just took to word of the garage that did the body work repairs. After numerous requests for pre & post repair diagnostics/pictures which is standard, Ive still not had any information back and am now having to foot the bill. Absolutely shocking service.”

“EasiDrive were excellent in assisting me when I had a non fault accident. They kept me fully informed and ensured I had a suitable replacement car whilst mine was being repaired. The car was waiting at the time and location agreed and the whole process couldn’t have been easier.”

“The courtesy car I got was really bad. No way near a like for like. My car is an automatic car but I was given a semi automatic car. Utterly uncomfortable car with a very high fuel consumption. Fuel efficiency is about half of my car. Really don't recommend”

“EasiDrive made the whole process of booking my car in for repair and supplying a hire car very easy and stress free. The call centre staff were extremely helpful and friendly and my hire car was clean of the same spec as my car. I would not hesitate to use EasyDrive again and would return them to family and friends.”
