“At a very difficult time of a non-fault accident whilst moving house, Easi-drive managed to deliver the courtesy car to me despite not yet having any proof of address (new house). It was good to speak to the same person who dealt with my case (Thanks James!) and to have it all explained.”

“I was most impressed by the efficiency of the service.No sooner had the matter been placed in your hands a courtesy car appeared and as I had mentioned that my own car,which was in for repair,was a Toyota Hybrid,the car provided was also a Toyota Hybrid which was a gesture I greatly appreciated.The person who delivered the car did a very competent job in explaining the essentials of how it operated and what to do in the event of a problem and when my own car was returned the Easidrive car was collected within hours so altogether an extremely good experience and I would certainly recommend Easidrive to others.”

“Great service by Easidrive from first contact, my hire car was delivered the next morning after my incident, arranged a time that suited me over the phone. The car was a more than suitable replacement for my damaged vehicle and the delivery driver explained everything to do with the hire process and gave a demo on key functions. Easidrive forwarded me write off payments as received from third-party insurer same day and kept me updated throughout the process, I was given some time to remain in possession of the hire vehicle whilst I shopped for a replacement of my own, again collection was organised for a time that suited me and the car was collected with no hassle Particularly wanted to highlight a great service by James over the phone who handled my claim, he was available each time I had a query or needed an update and was always available to help me.”
