“Nothing negative to say. New, clean car delivered when agreed and had absolutely no problems at all. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend Easiddive to anyone.”

“After an accident it is a very stressful time! But the Easidrive team were always there for me ~ no long wait to speak to someone on the telephone!I had a complete meltdown a couple of weeks ago ~ I spoke to James who was totally lovely to me and eased my worried mind! The only negative I have was the hire car was too big for me ~ but guess that was also to do with recently having an accident and loss of confidence driving! Added worry of car not belonging to me!”

“To be honest i didnt no if i was dealing with an insurance company or a van hire company ,Then you sent me most of my claim without paying of the finance that was due but forgot to send me the scrap value of my vehicle but all in all my accident happened on 9/4/21 and its now 7/6/21 so i suppose thats not to bad ,The hired vans you gave me had more hits than the beatles but hey they did what i needed them to do so all in all a fair deal cheers Ian.”

“very good service in getting a car to me the next day in the time slot given excellent customer service as well checking up on me to see if i was okay as well as seeing everything okay with the car as well would highly tell others on excellent service”

“Hire vehicle delivered on the day my own vehicle was collected for repair. Mark’s on hire vehicle were pointed out to me by delivery driver and brief familiarisation provided. Easidrive remained in regular contact to advise progress on repair of my vehicle and once my repaired vehicle was returned, Easidrive arranged to collect its hire vehicle later the same day Both drivers were courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle on hire. I couldn’t fault the service.”
