“The Service I received from ECU testing was flawless. Navigating through their website was so easy that I booked its repair and sent it the following working day. It took a week to have it back and my BMW 116i was back on the road the following day. I found the "help to" videos on the website profoundly helpful. I did not have to dismount the whole Steering rack assembly due to clear video instructions. It's been a few weeks now and so far no error or any issues with my EPS. Error/problem description: The intermittent error steering fault light illuminated the dashboard, power steering was heavy. I ran an OBD diagnostic test and it returned with A54B - Message (Electrical power steering 0x1 FB) faulty receiver KOMBI, transmitter EPS Is the fault intermittent: Yes Intermittent fault description: The fault started to appear a couple of weeks back. The first time was when I was driving and I noticed a sudden heaviness on the steering and the steering light fault appeared on the dashboard. This fault code disappeared after I parked the car on the side of the road turn the engine off and on. The second time was when I started the vehicle leaving work and the fault stayed with heavy steering and disappeared the next morning. Have you checked for fault codes: Yes Can you communicate with the component: Yes Are there any fault codes stored: Yes Have you tried to clear the fault codes: Yes Do the fault codes return: Yes Do the fault codes return when: engine running and after driving Stored Fault Codes: A54B-Message (Electrical Power Steering, 0x1 FB) faulty receiver KOMBI, transmitter EPS”

“My part was an ABS Control Module that needed replacing (2013 Ford Fiesta with manual transmission). My local Ford dealer would have charged over $800 and revealed that the part was no longer available and would have to be replaced with a used part (no warranty). This is where my friends at ECU Testing came in. I sent the module, they quickly identified how to repair the unit, I paid at 6:00 AM central time USA, and 32 hours later the repaired unit was at my door. I installed the repaired unit and the car has been working perfectly ever since. Less than 1/2 the price of dealer. I highly recommend ECU Testing, very pleased.”

“I had an issue with the electric power steering module on my car. ECU testing organised the collection and delivery of my unit. It was picked up within 24hrs and I had I back in less than a week. They called me during the process to let me know what was going on and honestly can't fault it. A replacement unit was double the cost of having them repair my existing one. It was a no brainer for me having been recommended to use them by more than one mechanic I know.”

“When I found this company on YouTube, I didn’t know if it was legit or not. My car was stuck in drive and I had no idea what to do. Took a risk and sent it in to the UK. I’m from the states so it was a big deal.these guys are very good at what they do and my car is working perfectly now. Thank you so much.”
