“I am a very frustrated customer. I sent my ecu for repairs. They said no faults found. I paid 45 pounds for testing which is , ok. They shipped off my ecu under a company name I do not know or own. I spoke to David Michael., John all are friendly and willing to assist but they do not understand the problem they created. The waybill is not in my name its in a company name therefore I must produce a importers code and VAT number. AFTER MANY EXPENSIVE PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS NO JOY. NOW the part will be moved to a government warehouse. Is ECU TESTING going to replace my ecu? I started with so much faith in them but sadly is disappointed.”

“ECU testing were recommended to me by my local garage - I sent them an Evoque gear selector and they did a great job. Great website where you can track progress and delivery. Part was fixed and returned in the time promised. It was well packed on return and it worked perfectly when refitted. Definitely recommend these guys.”

“Good service with collection and returns included in fee. Have found the communication slightly delayed in previous uses over the years, however, this time, it has improved. Received the unit back within the timescale given, whereas on previous repairs, it has taken longer than expected.”

“I BECAME AWARE OF ECU BY CHECKING ON GOOGLE AFTER BEING STRANDED IN A RANGE ROVER EVOQUE AFTER THE GEAR SELECTOR FAILED TO ROTATE AND WAS UNABLE TO SELECT ANY GEARS OR DRIVE VEHICLE. I CALLED THE AA TO MOVE TO THE VEHICLE TO A MORE SUITABLE SITE TO MAKE REPAIRS. THIS WAS RESOLVED AFTER SENDING THE GEAR SELECTOR TO ECU FOR REPAIR. IT WAS RETURNED ABOUT 5 DAYS LATER REFITTED AND GOOD TO GO FOR A REASONABLE PRICE.”
