“Excellent quick and efficient service. Easy to arrange and get the job done BUT the price of the return postage is not acceptable and should have been included as the collection was. Also this rip off return postage ADD-ON at the end SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD OR POINTED OUT AT THE START !! NOT AT THE END WHEN YOU HAVE NO CHOICE AND YOU NEED THE ECU BACK !!! NOT GOOD PRACTICE.”

Hi all at SK Auto Sales/care, It’s great to see that you are happy with our service, but sorry to read that you take issue with the return shipping. Our website clearly sets out costs for rebuilds, replacements and shipping and the customer portal is designed to also break down costs into their individual categories to give a clear view. Drop off and collection is always available for all of our customers, trade or otherwise. Whilst all of this is in place, we appreciate your feedback if this is not clear enough so that it can be amended. However it’s great that we have been able to help you get back on the road. “Excellent job despite the wait from the Friday they fixed it and took payment to the Tuesday morning when DHL delivered it, one reason I picked this company was they were very local, but couldn't pick it up my self. Had no issues since it was fixed which you would expect, so thanks for a great job.”

“Supposedly a 3 day turn around, waiting 10 days with no update. Had to ring up to get onformation just to be told there were no faults in the ecu. which I had already clearly stated in the fault description following my diagnostic.”
