“Had a gear selector module repaired. Really pleased with the service and turn around time of repair. The video was really helpful and has been back in the car two months now and is working well. The only problem was DHL letting the side down by losing the parcel for a week on the way there and not even knowing until I chased it up. I don’t see the point of them having a scanning system if it doesn’t flag up that the parcel hasn’t moved from their depot, so I would strongly recommend keeping an eye on the tracking and chasing as soon as possible as they will keep fobbing you off saying you need to give them time to find it. This isn’t to take anything away from ECU Testing. Really happy with them.”

“Had a problem with my LR4, got stuck in drive and could not start the vehicle. Had to strip the unit down so I could get the car started. Heart sunk when a spring and bit of plastic came popping out. Thought an expensive replacement was needed. Then I found these guys online, phoned them up and their excellent customer service team told me it should not be a problem. Sent off on a Friday evening and got it back the following Thursday ( Monday was a bank Holiday.) plugged it in and all works perfectly. Great service, great repair and very good communication with you. Will hopefully not need to use them again in the future, even with the year warranty, but good to know they are there.”
