“all arrived safetly but the 6 forks were packed in a ridiculously large box”

“Everything send well packaged. I purchased three items, some were cheaper than other sellers but one was quite a bit more expenside but had to get all three from one seller to avoid paying two lots of postage.”

“Excellent product, bought in two colours, one of which wasn't the colour we expected and as a result didn't match our colour scheme. It's disappointing that you have to pay the postage to return for exchange or refund.”

“Love this pot for cooking on the stove or in the oven. It’s easy to clean and very versatile. The only drawback is the price. I would love more sizes and will definitely buy more when I have some spare money.”

“Just the items that I wanted and fast delivery. Only issue was the state of some of the dishes - they were caked in dust like they had been on a shelf for years so not pleasant when I opened them but all in good condition otherwise.”

“ECookshop (Dawsons) were so organised and quick to post things out in the run up to Christmas that by the time i phoned up early in the morning to have the delivery option that i mistakenly chose changed the parcel had already been processed by eCookshop. My refund for a few items was also processed in good time. However, i don't recall giving permission to pass my email address over to a review website, so i've deducted a star. An addtional note. This review format/website isn't great. Right now i'm stuck choosing only one option from 'Live Chat', or 'Email', and 'Telephone', in response to the question: 'How did you communicate with the company?' when i used more than one of those, and i'm stuck choosing only one option from, 'Under an hour', '2 - 3 Hours', '3 - 6 Hours', '6 - 12 Hours', and 'Over a week', in response to the question: 'How quick did the company reply to your queries?' when no one of those options covers all cases of communication and the option that does cover the most cases of communication, which would be '1 - 2 Hours', isn't available. Nor, now that i've selected one, can i choose to select none.”

“I recently bought a black satin sauteuse as a wedding gift which came in very good time and well packed . This is a wedding gift but the item has come in a box showing the item in orange ! Would have liked the box to match the colour of the gift.”

“Easy to order, delivery efficient the only issue was how damaged the box was (see photo). I appreciate this isn't the fault of the supplier but probably the courier. The toaster is a present and although the box is bashed appears to be OK.”
