Our parcel of replacement plates arrived in good time however when the courier passed me the box on delivery it was rattling and looked like it had been used as a football!! When I opened it up the 3 replacement plates we were waiting for were of course in bits. To be fair t when I rang eCookshop to tell them they were very sympathetic and asked if we would like replacements straightaway. We decided to opt for a refund instead which is in progress.

Staff need to be trained along with poor customer service. Board of Directors need to review their service. There are better retailers online for same products. Urge customers to think twice before shopping at this store.

Sorry but I have yet to receive my order. Dawsons brought a Toaster instead of the Le Creuset saucepans and other pans I have ordered. The delivery man was also unhelpful trying to insist on me taking the toaster when it was clearly the wrong order. I would really like this settled asap as these items were extremely expensive.

I bought a bean to cup coffee machine. But taste of coffee brewed out not good, whether beans or powder if the best quality used. Want to return it, but retailer not happy for this as I have used it. But wonder how I can know the quality of product unless I use it? I have the statutory rights to return this item within 28days of purchase, but retailer not accepting it. Would be grateful for your help. Thanks,

Your courier DPD did not deliver but lied that I was not at home when he came. Poor service from both ends as ecookshop was very unhelpful when I complained

I was a little disappointed when I received the glasses. The photo displayed online wasn’t representative of the actual glasses. The photo showed glasses with quite a long stem, and the ones I received had a very short stem. The height was as described and it was my error not to double check this, but I tend to pay more attention to the pictures displayed, rather than the product specification. I am awaiting a refund for the glasses.

Parcel was delivered to wrong address and I’ve been asked twice to go and knock my neighbours who say no parcel received. Just not good enough especially when you pay extra for delivery. Still waiting!

Item arrived faulty and damaged with the box open, pretty sure it was a return. When reported to customer service, they were completely blasé about it, this clearly happens all the time.

I am very disappointed with this SMEG Kettle. The first thing to go wrong wa the soft opening lid which stopped working after a few months. Ane then after approx 2 years the kettle has stopped working completely. I have purchased a cheap kettle in my local supermarket to compare how long it will last to the rather expensive SMEG kettle.

No customer service, rubbish. I purchased a Sage Bambino Espresso Coffee Machine from eCookshop, the water jug had a crack in it. I sent photos and asked eCookshop to arrange for a replacement jug. Instead of sorting out they just told me to contact Sage to claim a replacement under warranty as they did not have any stock. Funny, there website shows they have stock. Furthermore, my purchase was with eCookshop, they should contact Sage not me. Lazy, lazy customer service, not lawful as my contract is with eCookshop. I have now gone back to eCookshop and told them they need to get me a replacement.

Sent via DPD who decided not to attempt to deliver it just to take it to a local collection point. Called to complain about this, the only option apparently is for them to wait until it is returned to them, then they will send it out again. I am the customer and paid for delivery. I am the one getting penalised as I don’t have my goods over a week after paying for them. Shame on you ecookshop/damsons you should. Put the customer first. You know the goods haven’t been delivered therefore you should send them out again immediately via a different carrier. I will not be buying from you again

No very impressed, I believed that I ordered one thing and received another. Not prepared to swap or help , just me paying to return the items and receive a refund. It works out all I've paid for is the various parcel company's profits. I won't be using them again.

I have 4 days of Sage 3in 1.... I have to send it back... the fan makes loud noises and does not spin... it does not work in the air frayer. 19 years ago I bought a microwave... it still works (for £70)... I spent £400 on the Saga combo... it broke after 4 days.

I was excited about these Portmeirion cup and saucers but I was disappointed when they arrived. I wanted to send them back because they were too thick but I didnt deem it worth it because of the cost of the postage. I will keep them to give as a gift to somone.

Hello, According to the tracking the item has not yet been delivered. I can see you paid via PayPal so if you have moved or have not updated your address in PayPal the address the item may be going to the wrong address. Hello, from the tracking, this was despatched on 02 Feb and delivered to the address on the order on 03 Feb. I cannot locate any emails from yourself regarding the missing item. If you have still not located please contact us directly so we can start an investigation with the courier. Thank you.
