“I ordered a replacement pan lid 9 days ago and am now being asked to review my experience. So: A week ago I was told my pan lid had been despatched, but on the courier's website they say they have not yet received my parcel. I await my pan lid! My Dawsons parcel number 15976893575397”

“I ordered a number of pieces of Le Creuset crockery to build up my colourful sets. As usual from the eCookshop the delivery was prompt, on time, and very well packaged. Extremely unlikely that any breakages could occure with the care taken on packing the products. I have purchased from eCookshop before, and will do again.”

“I was a bit worried when I first ordered the product because it was so much cheaper than anywhere else I have looked. I didn’t need to be because the kettle came when i was told it would. I was kept updated and the kettle arrived in excellent brand new condition. No issues at all.”
