“My first order for eCookshop has been a great experience. I was impressed by the choice of high quality dishes and glasses and also their reasonable prices. They arrived quickly and were so good I have ordered more. PS The customer service is excellent - they quickly sorted out the problem when DPD delivered to the wrong address.”

“I wanted to compliment ecookshop for the excellent wrapping of the parcel that they sent me. I had done some early Christmas shopping as well as treating myself to two mugs. The inside of the box itself had a few layers of bubble wrap round the sides as well as a single sheet or so at top and it bottom as well as some air filled space fillers. Additionally each of my little individual boxes had bubble wrap around them and then they had wrapped each of the two unboxed mugs in bubble wrap and put the two of them e in a small brown box with a space filler. What is more, their sale prices with an additional short term offer were very good (cheapest I could find)”

“The fantastic customer experience from start to finish was exceptional. Communication about order and delivery was superb. Delighted with items that arrived very quickly. The fragile items were safely wrapped and secure, I was worried that they may have been damaged in transit but it is clear the company are used to ensuring fragile items leave with lots of protective layering. The pricing and range of kitchen items was impressive. Am happy to have found such a super online retailer. Thank you all.”
