“Appalling service. Had a Le Creuset item delivered and the Le Creuset box was wet and smelt of mould. This was NOT the couriers' fault as the brown packaging box it came in was dry and undamaged. The box is important when you are spending £100 on an item and clearly, given the time of year, is a gift. Spoke to eCookShop and they asked me to email over pictures, which i did within minutes. No response. Had to call and chase a response. Resent the email and was told they are looking into and should be able to get a replacement box. Yesterday, 1 working day, before Xmas i have to chase AGAIN. Was told they do not have a box and it's either a 15% discount or return the item. I had little choice and had to return the item. This has been going on for two weeks and now i have to find a replacement gift. I'm sure the refund will take weeks ! Oddly, the item is still in stock on their website so why could they simply not replace it? Shocking customer services”

“I was dubious at first having never heard of this company. Did a little research and thought I'd give them a try. I ordered a few items from them, all have arrived in good condition, well packed and came quickly. Every item I purchased was cheeper than I could get it in the shops! Extremely impressive!”
