“My red Smeg kettle and toaster are now the pride of my kitchen! Sturdy, solid and well constructed kitchen appliances and the design is sleek and modern. Kettle is fast boil and the toaster is just as efficient. I am well pleased with both appliances.”

“Sent via DPD who decided not to attempt to deliver it just to take it to a local collection point. Called to complain about this, the only option apparently is for them to wait until it is returned to them, then they will send it out again. I am the customer and paid for delivery. I am the one getting penalised as I don’t have my goods over a week after paying for them. Shame on you ecookshop/damsons you should. Put the customer first. You know the goods haven’t been delivered therefore you should send them out again immediately via a different carrier. I will not be buying from you again”
