“I ordered a box of Kings pastry forks. They were delivered very quickly which I was happy about. They arrived as 6 x single forks, each wrapped in individual film sleeves and together in a far too large postal box. They could have easily been sent in a box that could have been posted through my letterbox hence 4* not 5.”

“I can't fault the service that I've received. Got a great price on a great toaster, that arrived well-packaged, and as described. At this point in time I have not had to use their after-sales service, but at the moment I am happy with the service that I have received. A nice smooth transaction.”

“The mixer arrived on time and undamaged. I am pleased with all the accessories. a storage bag was provided but it seemed a little small, and was difficult to get all the accessories in. The instruction book was in many languages, and had only one diagram of the accessories, in the russian section. My previous mixer (Kenwood) had a frame to mount itself and accessories in, and that was very useful. Nothing like that with this mixer.”

“Le Creuset frying pan is great and was delivered promptly. My problem is the packaging - a mountain of bubble wrap to protect a cast iron frying pan. Really? I won't be using this company again until they show some responsibilty in this area. There are other ways of packing goods.”
