“eCookshop was very easy to place an order with. The items were very reasonably priced, all were in stock and I was kept informed about the progress of delivery. “Had a quality warranty problem with a Kitchen Aid kettle (so have others reading their reviews!) that I bought through eCookshop so took it up with Kitchen Aid. Kitchen Aids customer care was non existent to the point of being rude. Compare that with a genuinely caring rely from eCookshop (Kitchen Aid fobbed me off to them). They sorted the problem out immediately. My top tip is, if you have to buy Kitchen Aid products (or any other make for that matter) do it through eCookshop. They won’t let you down if things go wrong!”
