“The fantastic customer experience from start to finish was exceptional. Communication about order and delivery was superb. Delighted with items that arrived very quickly. The fragile items were safely wrapped and secure, I was worried that they may have been damaged in transit but it is clear the company are used to ensuring fragile items leave with lots of protective layering. The pricing and range of kitchen items was impressive. Am happy to have found such a super online retailer. Thank you all.”

“This is our go-to place for any high end kitchenware; the discounts are unparalleled! The search function on the website is a bit old, but the range of things they have makes it by far the best site we have found for our kitchen and home. “Searching can be a laborious job if it's not for a particular brand, it would help when browsing items like mugs, the capacity and pottery type, eg stoneware, porcelain were shown to save opening every item of interest. Also include th3 country of manufacture on the fitem's full details/add to bag page”
