“Easy to order, delivery efficient the only issue was how damaged the box was (see photo). I appreciate this isn't the fault of the supplier but probably the courier. The toaster is a present and although the box is bashed appears to be OK.”

IT IS A FAMILY OWNED AND RUN BUSINESS AND THAT IS EVIDENT IN EVERY SINGLE PART OF THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT NOT BEING KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WEBSITES.
