“Can't fault the whole process. found the item I was after ordered it got a dispatch notice and DPD delivered at 09.02 exactly when they promised. Maybe a little lucky but cannot knock it!”

“I discovered my favourite Villeroy and Bosch glasses were discontinued so looked around for a replacement. Found some different Villeroy and Bosch on ECookshop, cheaper than Villeroy's own site, and ordered them. No charge for postage and they arrived beautifully packaged a few days later. Very impressive service.”

“I have had 2 orders with Dawsons. The first was perfect and I reordered. The second order RW1505250 had problems 3 of the knives had a discolouration which looked like rust on the blades. Cleaning them managed to remove some of it but not all”
