“Ordered Denby dinner service but it was to be picked the found out didn’t actually have it. Phone to tell us and we ended up having a set made up less the mugs as they didn’t have them. Staff were very nice and helpful and gave us 10o/o off. We ordered the mugs direct from Denby.”

“Item unboxed as Christmas gift. Annoyed with delivery driver who thought it was fine to leave a £350 item in a doorstep in the rain. Luckily we returned home in time before it was ruined or stolen. Neighbours both in either side.”

“They had the specific item I wanted actually in stock, for immediate dispatch, at a really good price, with free delivery by DPD (which is certainly one of the better couriers - with a one-hour delivery slot). I had some special delivery instructions and they followed them perfectly. The item was fragile but was well packed. Very pleased and would certainly recommend.”
