“I ordered 3 stone Le Creuset jars all three had faulty wooden lids, in that they were no circular and differing shapes. I did contact the company and asked them if they were seconds and was assured they were not. I have returned them at no cost to myself but still awaiting my refund at time of review.”

“This is a very beautiful looking large kettle . It doesn’t boil as quickly as my old aluminium Aga kettle used to but we chose this one for health reasons as aluminium leaks into the water and is bad for our brains. Super service from Cookshop the kettle arrived the next day very well packed.”

“Straightforward to use the website and place my order for Gordon Ramsay, denim cereal bowls. Not the colour I'd preferred, but I was not going to argue with the price at under £20 for a set of 4. Postage and packing under £4 for well packaged plus speedy delivery on time.”
