“Have ordered items on two separate occasions recently. Both have been delivered on time exactly as stated. Packaging was excellent. Price was very competitive and order was correct including free gifts for qualifying orders. With the exception of one item which seems to have a manufacturers defect everything seems excellent. Faulty item has been referred to manufacturer but this is not an ecookshop failing hence happy to award five stars”
