“Speedy delivery, very well packaged to protect crockery set although one item was broken when delivered. Customer service to replace the damaged item was amazing, dealt with politely, without question & apologies & again a speedy delivery. I can't fault this company & will definitely use them again.”

“I recently bought a Kitchenaid Mixer from the Ecookshop. There was a slight hiccup which was down to Kitchenaid - not Ecookshop and I have to say Ecookshop sorted it for me quickly and smoothly. Their customer service is beyond great! I would have no hesitation buying from them in the future. Superb company! Thank you.”
