“I have used eCooksop on many previous occasions and been very satisfied with their keen prices and service. This time, one of the two dishes came completely smashed. There was no sign of any exterior damage to the boxes. I can only assume that the packing wasn't up to usual standarrd. And I have had no news yet about the (quickly) promised replacement. So down a star this time.”

“I was a little disappointed when I received the glasses. The photo displayed online wasn’t representative of the actual glasses. The photo showed glasses with quite a long stem, and the ones I received had a very short stem. The height was as described and it was my error not to double check this, but I tend to pay more attention to the pictures displayed, rather than the product specification. I am awaiting a refund for the glasses.”

“Our experience with eCookShop was very good. The team were very professional and resolved our questions. The price of our Jura coffee machine was much less than other retailers. “Better price than denby outlet shop near me. Ordered just after lunchtime and arrived the next morning. Packaging is always exceptional, I had a child climbing in the box and knew everything inside was safe....box and packaging provided hours of entertainment for the children after unpacked as well. This is now my 3rd time ordering! Thank you so much!”
