“Excellent customer Service! A small issue with one of the Ramekins, contacted customer service with photos highlighting the issue and a replacement was sent out immediately. Fantastic customer service and competitive prices. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Excellent purchase experiences from both orders through eCookshop. The Le Creuset storage & utensil jars in soleil yellow are perfect and a beautiful colour. The azure blue teapot, jug and sugar bowl were equally excellent, all superbly and safely packed and the fast and efficient delivery was first class. The complimentary very pretty glasses were most welcome & a lovely bonus. Would definitely order from eCookshop again.”

“Excellent customer service. Had a failed payment twice so thought i hadn't ordered but on checking emails i had ordered the same item twice. ecookshop refunded one item the same day and the other arrived in two days. Problems happen,it's how companies deal with them. Pleased to say this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Crockery arrived very well packaged and is an excellent present for a friend.”

“Love love these mugs by Denby having been looking for these smaller mugs for ages. The service was excellent, there were no problems with ordering via Sellers website. Package was delivered as said and everything was packaged very well so no breakages, thankyou. I only have one final question, why doesn't Denby have these cups in other colours. If they did I'm sure they would be snapped up in an instant, including me. Thank you so much and I will be visiting eCookshop again.”

“Prompt delivery of these top up items of Sophie Conrad White crockery. Disappointed that the very small original plates (with stars & hearts) are no longer available. How ever these items are as expected, very reasonable in price & delivered very promptly.”

“Said was compatible with kitchenaid but not clear this was only for newer models.and no help from seller apart from being told.to ring kitchenaid.wehn it didnt fit. had to return and postage cost extra without getting a product”
