“I ordered multiple Christmas mugs from this site and used the express courier delivery service. The items were priced very competitively so I saved money even using the courier. One mug was slightly chipped so I emailed and the company swiftly sent another by courier for the next day. I have never had such good and quick customer service and the Spode mugs were lovely. 100% recommend this company! Really pleased.”

“Exceptionally well packaged. I had concerns when I found out DPD was delivering my order of several items of heavy cookware. My concerns were unfounded and I now have enough bubble wrap to insulate a small igloo. Will definitely buy from eCookshop again. Thank you.”
