“Silly me forgot add the promotion code for my order. While emailing regarding, I think delivery (memory like a sieve) I mentioned the promotion code. The lovely agent had my delivery oncerns managed and agreed to look into my order regarding the promotion code. Within minutes I received an email advising of my refund. The delivery arrived on time and I am delighted with my product. This is what I call World Class Service”
