“Couldn’t get it to work properly. Kept on stopping and starting and crashing. Had to purchase the course elsewhere so was a complete waste of money as never managed to complete the course.”

“I was not able to complete training online as the software was not supported. I've since gone on to discover that the standard of this particular course is not acceptable on every site. A waste of time and money.”

“I’m busy with my videos and then it goes back to the beginning of the course I’m struggling to do my course not worth the money”

“***AVOID *** Paid £9 and took the online course as I needed a food hygiene certificate ASAP. Came to the end and took the test, passed but couldn’t access the certificate. Went back and it said I’d only done 50% of the course so I tried to go back but it only took me to the test which I took a further twice. Passed both times again but still couldn’t access the certificate. Looked on the site no telephone number so emailed them 2 weeks ago. No response whatsoever. Suspect they are a SCAM company. *** AVOID***”

“I have tried to logg in thru my phone first and half way thru it just gets disconnected . I tried to logg in thru my laptop and it won’t even open the logg in page. I will keep on trying but so far I’m having a bad experience with this page.”

“the test pages were faulty - on two of my test pages the answers did not match the questions - so i could not answer. luckily i got all of the rest correct so passed - otherwise i would have been very annoyed”

“There is nothing in here that either is not in the CSCS course or couldn't be, just another con out of money (all those £7 add up) and I bet once all main contractor's make this mandatory for certain trades the price will go up. The writing and answer boxes were to small doing it on the phone. If you accidentally put in a wrong answer and knew it was wrong and wanted to go back and correct it you couldn't and there were one or.two questions that were vague.”
