“The course was a shortened version but covered all the key points. Previous course I did was 6 hours and this was one hour. The only thing I would point out is it didn't go into cooking, reheating and hot holding temperatures enough. As these are critical, especially for newbies to food hygiene I was disappointed. If there had been more in-depth about critical temps, and questions on it at the end I would have given 5 stars.”

“Quite a comprehensive "at your own pace" course with a certificate at the end of it. This online course saved me a full day by not going to a classroom course. Thank you ECHO3”

“The course was well presented and very user friendly. That in itself was five star but unfortunately I had to contact the staff for help to download my certification. The staff was very very helpful and friendly. Else it was overall a good experience.”
