“very good and easy way to understand the course, however some questions cockup with the answers probably due to a technologic fault”

“Site very easy to use. Nice refresher for my level 2 food hygiene. One drawback for me was after completing course and clicking" get certificate " it kept sending me back to beginning to complete again. I re did the questions and had same experience. Thought I had done something wrong. Had to contact echo for advice. They were very helpful and said to wait 20 mins for certificate to become available.”

“I was very pleased with my experience of echo3education until I reached the final part of the course. I was unable at access the information in the last section and as I was trying different ways to get it I suddenly found that I had jumped to the examination. Luckily I still passed the examination and received my certificate.”

“I found the tech very clunky. Going backwards and forward controls very imprecise. Also I didn’t have time to do it all in one sitting and it was very hard to get back on. I kept getting a page entitled Adobe Captivate which seemed to be a dead end. I was not impressed with these difficulties.”
