“I would have given you 5 stars for your efficient and prompt service, however the attached photograph shows the condition of my parcel on delivery. Miracurously the contents appeared complete and undamaged.”

“Ordered front and rear motorcycle brake pads online. Everything appeared ok. I.e. no indication of stock shortfalls. After placing my order and making payment I received an email some hours later to say the front pads were out of stock and I would have to wait several weeks for a back order from the manufacturer, which is what happened. Disappointing that the online order system is not linked to stock availability.”

“Brake pads required some filing down of their metal backing plate as otherwise they were too tight a fit in the caliper”

“had EBC brakes for eons. Hate the search facility on the site though type in a vehicle and then spend 20 minutes searching through the preferences to find the vehicle - As the search is not held under any convention I sometimes dont know if i am buying for the appropriate vehicle.”

“I’ve no problem with the staff who are very helpful when contacted. I do however have a problem with stock being advertised as available for sale but after paying for the items you’re after, waiting 2 weeks for a despatch email which doesn’t arrive , you then phone the shop to be told they are out of stock and will be for at least 2 months. Not impressed!”

“We know that EBC makes good brakes. The shipment from this shop was really very fast. A few days later, the shipment was with me in Germany. Unfortunately, taxes are due again in Germany. That is ok. What is not ok is that DHL Express charges me as a private customer a fee of 2% of the invoice amount but at least 12.50€.”
