“Sul prodotto e sulla gestione dell'ordine non ho nulla da ridire, anzi è andato tutto bene anche se c'è stata poca comunicazione (questo era il secondo ordine). Il problema serio è la ditta che loro utilizzano per la spedizione (fedex) che, oltre ai 17 euro pagati per la spedizione in italia, ha preteso il pagamento di altri 13,50 euro di "diritti amministrativi fedex" per anticiparmi lo sodganamento corrispondente a 13,79 euro di Imposta Valore Aggiunto italiana. Praticamente ho pagato: 44 euro di prodotto, 17 euro di spedizione, 13,79 euro di tasse di importazione e 13,50 euro di altre spese fedex (a fedex 17 + 13,50 euro per un totale di 30,50 euro escluse le tasse vere e proprie). Cambiate spedizioniere perchè così sicuramente perdete clienti come nel mio caso.”

Salve, grazie per la tua recensione e comprendiamo le tue preoccupazioni riguardo al corriere, tuttavia utilizziamo più aziende e tutte hanno le stesse tariffe. Purtroppo non c'è proprio nulla che possiamo fare al riguardo. Riteniamo anche che la recensione a 1 stella sia un po' ingiusta, soprattutto perché hai apprezzato il prodotto e il servizio ed è anche il tuo secondo ordine. Non ordineresti di nuovo da noi?

“It has been a shocking experience from beginning to end while trying to buy 4x discs and pads. I used their drop-down menu to choose the correct brakes. The wrong parts were sent. Boxes were glued together so one was damaged to open, for which I was charged £5. It took them over a week to reimburse the product costs, and when they did, it was not the full amount. They would not reimburse the postage costs as they said I ordered the wrong parts, even though I input the correct info on their site. I would never use them again and never recommend them to anyone.”

“Great brakes very poor customer service, ordered brake pads for my mk2 golf when fitting these were too thick for my calipers, contacted customer support a few times and got no response do not buy directly from them buy from a third party supplier who does respond to your emails even now I still have had no response been about a month so far. Bought another set now which do fit with a different part number on.”

“Disappointing not to have received the discs with the black corrosion proof paint on them as shown in the photographs. I believe this is a £14.00 extra per disc when I e mailed EBC before I purchased on line but expected this finish when all the photos clearly showed the black corrosion proofed finish. This was for a special limited edition Jaguar XKRS. I am therefore disappointed that the discs were miss represented and they should actually be returned.”

“Good shipment, very fast. I don’ t tested or mounted the pieces yet but i think that the qualityis good. I ordered that item only for the shape of the disk in fotograph but isn’ t the same at the ones that arrived”

“Ordered mountain bike brake pads, very small low value item, have seen the delivery driver twice with the small.package in hand (easily small enough to fit in letter box) , refused to leave as no answer and sent back to supplier . Still not recieved .Should have bought locally in shop .”

“Your lady I dealt with was excellent, please thank her. The fact that one of the items showing as in stock was not and then being advised they and that they were no longer being manufactured was not brilliant. There were also other sillies. A shame really as have indirectly purchased a lot of EBC products over the years. David Dawson.”

“I ordered the discs in February I was initially told they would be with me in 2-3 weeks, eventually the order came in October every time I enquired about the order they where 2-3 weeks away from being sent out to me.”

“Pads are so badly made they rattle around in the calliper. Absolute waste of money. Everyone I spoke to at the track day yesterday said only idiots use ebc”

“Unfortunately my items were supposed to be next day delivery. Waiting in all day but nothing came. Called EBC and was informed my items wasn't posted at all ( their mistake ). Arranged for next day delivery. Given a time slot for delivery which was missed. Called EBC and was told I would get a call back. No call back came. Items eventually arrived but lost 2 days off. Very poor.”

“Absolutely terrible service. Order was placed on line, all items were shown as in stock. Nothing happened, after a week checked the order status, that showed as With Warehouse. Filled in on-line enquiry form on web site, nothing happened. Phoned the customer number, was promised a call back that day, Nothing happened. Three days later received email to say rear brakes would take at least two months to deliver (they were NOT in stock) Agreed to have just front set delivered. Another week passed, nothing happened. Will be cancelling entire order for a refund, I don’t expect anything will happen!”
