“Really disappointed, The wrong set of pads and discs was sent out ordered ford kuga got Saab? Cost of return via royal mail makes it more cost-effective to scrap off. The reason for wrong set from EBC there is 2 sets for my car, when getting a set from a local parts dealer only one set is available? Shame really as ive used several times for my vans and RS, will stick to local suppliers now as getting incorrect parts works out really expensive.”

“just used EBC Brake shop , it's a clear and concise web site , I easily found some semi sintered pads for my BMW . They arrived quickly and I had excellent comms from EBC. Fitted the pads and they are a big improvement, I will definitely use EBC Brake shop again . Cheers Guys.”

“Nice easy to use website and well priced. I may think twice about ordering because the delivery company have failed to show up twice now and I now have to travel to collect so now my job is delayed by 3 days in total. Not pleased but I know EBC Products are good so no fault there.”

“I’ve no problem with the staff who are very helpful when contacted. I do however have a problem with stock being advertised as available for sale but after paying for the items you’re after, waiting 2 weeks for a despatch email which doesn’t arrive , you then phone the shop to be told they are out of stock and will be for at least 2 months. Not impressed!”
