“Parcel was received damaged with the brake pads missing from package. Was sent out pads but was as a replacement delivery so driver would have had to take the disks back but only had pads to deliver. Am now waiting to hear when the pads will be delivered correctly but will not have time to get done before MOT expires on car.”

“Got my brake pads fairly quickly from the UK. There was a little confusion about when the shipment was received by Royal post, but that’s normal with international shipment I think. No complaints.”

“Ordered yellowstuff pads as it said next day delivery , then after I had paid it told me it would be more than a week due to stock taking, I needed them in a rush for a trackday, so I'm not happy as It sould have said the delay before I paid, then I would have gone somewhere else for them, so I'm not happy at all as I'm still waiting for them”

“I ordered a set of yellow stuff pads five days before my next track day. That time has elapsed but no pads, no despatch notification. Nothing. Nowadays I’ve got used to most online purchases arrived quickly. Not so with EBC anymore. Is the stuff now made to order? Maybe it’s time to try some Ferodo DS2500’s?”

“Purchased a brake kit for both front and rear, and supplied no brake wear sensors, called them to query this and it took them 10 mins to tell me that that particular set doesn’t come with them but can be purchased separately. Not exactly a brake kit is it if it’s not complete. And no mention of this on the website nor any indication that the kit isn’t a complete kit. Poor really poor”
