“It has been a shocking experience from beginning to end while trying to buy 4x discs and pads. I used their drop-down menu to choose the correct brakes. The wrong parts were sent. Boxes were glued together so one was damaged to open, for which I was charged £5. It took them over a week to reimburse the product costs, and when they did, it was not the full amount. They would not reimburse the postage costs as they said I ordered the wrong parts, even though I input the correct info on their site. I would never use them again and never recommend them to anyone.”

“Great brakes very poor customer service, ordered brake pads for my mk2 golf when fitting these were too thick for my calipers, contacted customer support a few times and got no response do not buy directly from them buy from a third party supplier who does respond to your emails even now I still have had no response been about a month so far. Bought another set now which do fit with a different part number on.”

“The service was great and the organic pads made in the UK, which I am happy about are working just great on my Triumph Bonneville T100, all the way to South of France and back and recently in the UK rainstorms. Thanks EBC Brake shop!! Keep it up!👍”
