“The cookies tasted and looked good! The font was a bit blurry on it and they were smaller than expected (need to check sizes better next time), but all good other than that.”

“Pleased with the customer support service, communications throughout. Unfortunately some of the ink had 'blown' on the QR code of the cookies which made it harder to scan and also looked like they were ''damaged' because of this. There were quite a few in every box, which was a real shame as it ruined the aesthetics of the cookie. almost like they had got wet and smudged the ink. I know that wasn't the case because they were individually wrapped so I am not sure what happened here.”

“Ordered two different logos to be presented to a client at the end of a project. One set of cakes were very neat and presented lovely, the other the icing had moved in the boxes so it was everywhere and some cakes didn't have icing on. Probably happened in transit but it didn't look very good. The cupcakes themselves were nice, some were a bit dry but nice nontheless.”

“Customer service was good however the biscuits came with the logo/artwork on the wrong side on the biscuit so looked a bit daft.”

Thank you for your review, Amanda! Regarding the biscuit toppers, we place them on the underside of our biscuits since it's the flattest surface as the top is slightly domed. Applying them to the curved side would lead to potential cracking of the topper. We trust you enjoyed the biscuits and look forward to working with you again in the future!

“We were happy with the branded cookies and the delivery was on time and we were kept informed. The branded icing was on the bottom of the cookies which was unusual but we assumed it was because that was the flat part of the biscuit. We displayed the individual cookies in their individual packets so some were sideways and some upright so we could get the logos all facing the same way.”

Thank you, Carol, for your feedback. You are correct, the reason we top the biscuits on the underside of the biscuit is because this is the flat side, therefore eliminates any issues, if we used the domed side, the logo discs would likely raise around the edges, and therefore this can lead to breakages. With regards to the sealing of the biscuits, these are all put into our machine by hand and then flow wrapped, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee which way the biscuit will turn and face when being sealed through the machine. “Shortbread biscuit was good and the logo printing and packaging good. They looked the part and overall we were happy with our order. However we did have a few comments that the icing was a bit too hard”

“We have used Eat My Logo several times now and they make it really easy to get a complicated order put together and delivered. The products look and taste great, and the ease of communication really takes the stress out of the organisation of these type of events!”

“Eat My Logo turned our order around in very quick time and the cupcakes looked fantastic with our Christmas logo on them! The cupcakes were delicious and enjoyed by all our staff. Unfortunately, the cupcakes looked a little worse for wear on arrival with some of the frosting "dented" but they were still extremely well-received.”

“Very quick and efficient responses from the team when making a query and placing and order. The cupcakes are really delicious, even the vegan and gluten free ones. However, they did not all arrive in perfect condition which I’m sure is not exactly how they left their place of origin. I think the packaging could have been a lot stronger and less easy to squash the products.”

“Pleased with the service received, although disappointed that the biscuit printed icing was quite thin and "snapped" as I was expecting a slightly thicker fondant type finish. Delivery on the day expected and products looked good.”

“This was a simple and quick process and we are happy with the cupcakes delivered to us. The team was very helpful in completing our order and our requirements. The cupcakes arrived in trays of 15 and we would have loved for there to be an option of smaller trays- maybe 5 or 6- to help with dividing them to our colleagues but this is the only thing I would change.”
