“EatMyLogo have been great to use. The order was quite last minute but they accommodated it for us and we recieved the cupcakes as needed. The cakes themselves were great and very tasty. I would definietly use them again. I also ordered from them in the past when sending cupcakes to 25 different addresses and everything went smootly. Jasmine in customer services was brilliant on both orders.”

“Every step of the transaction was smooth and precise. The delivery was on time and the cakes were delicious, especially the slab cake, so fresh and moist even after a few days. The cake was enjoyed by all and was just want we needed for out company celebration.”

“We were happy with the branded cookies and the delivery was on time and we were kept informed. The branded icing was on the bottom of the cookies which was unusual but we assumed it was because that was the flat part of the biscuit. We displayed the individual cookies in their individual packets so some were sideways and some upright so we could get the logos all facing the same way.”

Thank you, Carol, for your feedback. You are correct, the reason we top the biscuits on the underside of the biscuit is because this is the flat side, therefore eliminates any issues, if we used the domed side, the logo discs would likely raise around the edges, and therefore this can lead to breakages. With regards to the sealing of the biscuits, these are all put into our machine by hand and then flow wrapped, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee which way the biscuit will turn and face when being sealed through the machine. We are glad you loved the biscuits, and hope your event was a success! We look forward to working with you again.
