“We were happy with the branded cookies and the delivery was on time and we were kept informed. The branded icing was on the bottom of the cookies which was unusual but we assumed it was because that was the flat part of the biscuit. We displayed the individual cookies in their individual packets so some were sideways and some upright so we could get the logos all facing the same way.”

Thank you, Carol, for your feedback. You are correct, the reason we top the biscuits on the underside of the biscuit is because this is the flat side, therefore eliminates any issues, if we used the domed side, the logo discs would likely raise around the edges, and therefore this can lead to breakages. With regards to the sealing of the biscuits, these are all put into our machine by hand and then flow wrapped, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee which way the biscuit will turn and face when being sealed through the machine. We are glad you loved the biscuits, and hope your event was a success! We look forward to working with you again.

“This is the first time we have ordered from Eat My Logo, and I am happy to say we weren't disappointed! We received 600 Halloween cupcakes, which looked amazing and tasted even better. We would have no hesitation in placing future orders with them.”

“The order process was very easy, with the logo placed exactly as requested onto the cookies and shortbread. Delivery was made on the date and time selected. All items were carefully packaged and everything looked and tasted great. I will certainly be ordering again for our next campaign!”

“I ordered in bulk on behalf of my company for an event. Ordering was easy, everyone was very helpful with my 21 questions. The donuts were delivered to 8 locations in total, and I was kept in the loop regarding the dispatch and delivery for all drop-offs. The donuts looked INSANE and tasted incredible. I would absolutely recommend and revisit it for future events.”

“We ordered 250 branded shortbread biscuits and they went down a treat !! The printing was just what we wanted and brilliant colour match! Perfect communication throughout the order process and also the live chat whilst discussing offers and best option for us was very handy! Staff always very helpful on the phone too.
