“I rarely leave feedback but I felt in this instance I should. From ordering my made to measure frame to delivery I could not fault the service I received. I was concerned initially when I didn’t receive a confirmation of order e Mail but within the hour I received a reply from you stating my frame had been dispatched, a week since I ordered which I didn’t expect. “Be very very careful ordering frames as the company claim that they are custom made (even though on some pages this isn't clear). This means that if what you ordered is not suitable you cannot return it. This is a cop out and what I consider a misleading way around the distance selling regulations leaving you with something you don't need. The distance selling regulations are there to protect the consumer not to find ways around. I will NEVER do business with them again and I am warning people.”
