“The order process was good and packaging and delivery great but the order took nearly two months to arrive. The frame was very flimsy and cheap feeling. I knew there wasn't going to be glass but I didn't expect such a rough scratched piece of cheap Perspex. Too much hassle to return but very disappointed with the quality, it cost £60 so I expected better than thin wood pieces stapled together with scratches Perspex. 100002547”

“I purchased two made to measure frames and I am so pleased with the result. They are beautiful and of a very good quality. I was dubious at first regarding the glazing being acrylic, but am very pleased to say that it looks so much like glass that I am seriously considering changing my other frames to match as it is lighter and safer. The cost is just right too and you get discounts for multiples which is a bargain!”

“Great supplier I have been using easy-frame for a while now for my bespoke mounts and frames. I consider them good value for money and they are always quick to respond to quotation requests for bespoke multi-aperture mounts - even quite complex unusual requests. I missed the deadline for pre-Christmas deliveries this year but they still got my order to me before Christmas which I hugely appreciated. Their customer service is exceptional!”
