“We purchased frames a few weeks ago, I expected a delay due to current situation. However we didn't get a single email, text or any form of confirmation of order. We did receive a text from Easy-Frame saying our parcel would be delivered 2 days ago yet still no items have arrived. The first form of confirmation was a delivery text which is not even correct. You cant use the online chat, I was in queue position 1 for over two hours on more than 1 occasion. Very poor experience.”
