“Few minutes after I placed my order, I sent a couple of emails to the customer service team. They only answered to the first one where I was asking to modify the order measurements. In my second email (sent a couple of hours later) I asked for an amendment and also asked to disregard my initial email as the measurements were not the right ones. They never replied back to that email although it was sent the same day within 2 hours. I received the frame with the wrong measurements and after contacting them and having a very slow flow of communcation from their side, they insist that the frame was sent as requested, which clearly wasn't as it was their mistake not acknowledging the second email.”
