“Excellent oak frame, very well-packed. Small misunderstanding in desired mount size (art size area smaller than I had intended), but they were very quick to respond to my query and were happy to send out a new, adjusted mount (equally well packed) with a larger area for the art size for the same frame. Very happy with the result, and appreciate their assistance in resolving the misunderstanding.”

“Good communication. Excellent website with very intuitive and simple ordering. Items extremely well double packed for protection during delivery. Delighted with solid oak frames manufactured to a high standard and delivered complete with hanging kit. Delivery was within the specified time but I will definitely pay the small extra supplement next time for the express delivery - 1 to 2 days. I can wholeheartedly recommend Easy-Frame!”
