“This is my first order from this company. Ordering was easy and the foam sheet arrived in good time but when I opened the pack the sheet was damaged. This had not happened during delivery - the poly bag was intact and not holed. A corner of the 50mm thick sheet measuring 30cm x 10cm appeared to have been torn and then glued back with some yellow adhesive which was still sticky. Luckily I don't need all of the sheet and can complete my job with the undamaged material. However the product should not have been sent out in this condition. Does Easy Foam not check product before despatch?”

“I have ordered samples last Friday and paid extra for a next day delivery. I only got the samples 5 days after! Tuesday the week after. That was disappointing.”

“Disappointed with first order as piece was cut into two without prior notice and he second part was cut wider than the first. Tried to discuss replacement second part however it became very complicated as the discussion ended up being by email rather than over the phone as desired. Wasted 2 days in the communications back and forth. Was hoping for better customer service however this is how it was. Asked if they could update their website to confirm anything over 200cm wide would be automatically split. I ended up re-cutting the foam myself in the end.”

“Where you order the samples you have product numbers but they are not listed anywhere else? If they are I had a good search and could not find them.”
