“I found the website easy to navigate. I did have to send a query, as I was unsure which "shape" to choose, but this was easy to do and was answered promptly, clarifying the matter for me so that I could place my order.. Nothing will really replace being able to "feel" the foam ... but I am hopeful that the item I have ordered will be good.”

“Omg can you people not read,i ordered a piece of foam 31 inches x 24 inches x 4 inches You sent me a piece of foam 24 inches x18 inches as 3 inches . What is the problem ,you said it would be cut to the size that I asked for”
