“Very easy to execute an order on the website but more description required on what constitutes 'firm foam' or 'soft foam' etc. without having to acquire a sample.”

“service was good.. The first contact I had you was by phone on 0800 number. the background noise at your end was terrible and I eventually cut phone call short.Please apologise to the lady concerned.”

“I went to a few large shops, but none of them had the foam length and size I needed. I came home search and found Easy Foam - they had exactly what I needed - it took a few seconds to put in the information and they gave me additional advise regarding the foam which was extremely helpful - and best of all they were cheaper than elsewhere.”

“I found the website easy to navigate. I did have to send a query, as I was unsure which "shape" to choose, but this was easy to do and was answered promptly, clarifying the matter for me so that I could place my order.. Nothing will really replace being able to "feel" the foam ... but I am hopeful that the item I have ordered will be good.”
