“website easy to understand.I had to be careful as every piece of foam I ordered reverted back to firm when I wanted reflex medium , good job I noticed this was happening as it would have easy to order the wrong foam.”

“The site is great .......until you have to accept T & C's. It took me three attempts, as the accept box is too close to the section which takes you to T & C and I could find no way back. I am quite impatient with tech (probably an age thing) and regularly abandon difficult websites and shop elsewhere.”
